Workshop - Creative Therapy for the Soul

Remember the excitement when you were a little girl when you got that brand new box of markers, pencils and crayons and all the creative possibilities it held, but had to wait because they were meant for back to school supplies only. Oooh, and the thrill of diving into a new hobby, gathering all the supplies, only to be met with dissapointment and guilt as all the supplies sat on the shelf collecting dust because you don't have time to create.

We so often have to put our creativity to the side, but during this workshop it is time to hold space for just that - our CREATIVITY!!! Join a wonderful community of women as we create new rhythms and create beauty through creativity, mark-making, and art journaling - a dedicated time for PLAY!! 

Each week we will explore different art mediums, colors, creativity and mark-making, and re-learn how to have FUN and PLAY again. All the supplies will be provided all you have to come with a a smile, an open mind to explore and some clothes that you don't mind getting messy.

2nd Tuesday of every Month,
Sessions are 10 - 12:30, 2 - 4:30 pm and 6 - 8:30 pm
